This is the first book in my favorite mystery series, featuring a didn't-wanna-be bounty hunter whose life is never under control.  The Plum books also introduced me to Nena and St. Johns Books.  I used to work at Dog's Life doggie daycare up the street, but I kept coming down to the bookstore for more Plums!
